You have worked so hard to make sure that your corporate event; whether it's a Trade Show, a Conference, a Corporate Retreat, an Annual Board Meeting, a Charity Event, a Concert, or an Awards Dinner, goes to plan.

Don't forget to arrange for a photographer to capture the event in a professional and unobtrusive way!

Each of our Event packages include:

  • One photographer (either Ash or Kendra)
  • For up to 5 hours from the stated time of event start
  • Locations that are within a radius of 25 miles of downtown Phoenix, AZ

You will receive:

  • An introductory virtual consultation as well as an in-person consultation at the venue prior to the event, as-needed
  • A dedicated, password-protected gallery where only you can view your photos as soon as they are available. Public (non-password protected) galleries are also available upon request
  • Up to one-hundred-fifty (150) colour- and lighting-corrected photos included in your package in high-resolution downloadable format to use however you'd like
  • Access to Mighty Charming Photography's print system, which uses the highest-quality printers in the world; so that you can print photos, wall art, calendars, and far far more right from your event's gallery

For an additional fee, the following may be included:

  • An additional photographer
  • Additional photos
  • Higher photo processing priority
  • Longer or multi-day events
  • Destination events outside of the 25 mile radius from Downtown Phoenix

NOTE: All packages include ONLY lighting and colour correcting with the occasional blemish removal at the photographer's discretion. Full photoshopping is NOT available per our Inclusions, Exclusions, and Terms.
